Don't you just love the wonder and beauty of what nature offers? I am continually amazed by it. Sometimes, we’re reminded of it by grand and overwhelming vistas that let you appreciate the wonder and scale of our world. But for me, it’s often the nuance and beauty of the little things like getting up close and personal with the sun kissing the beauty of a single flower that can take my breath away. This painting I’ve just finished helps demonstrates that for me.

I also get a lot of joy out of creating my paintings. It is my hope that if I share that with you, maybe it will give you a little joy today, too.
