BoldBrush is a large online enterprise that provides all manner of services to artists and does a great deal to help promote art. Each month they have a large online competition (there were 2182 Entries in the May 2024 BoldBrush Painting competition). So, to be selected as a top piece in such a large grouping of amazing artistry is quite exciting!
You may recognize this piece. It also recently won the Wendy Wells Memorial Award at the 2024 Crooked Creek Art League Annual Juried Show. AND, it is currently included in the Oil Painters of America Online Showcase.
The original piece was a commission and so is sold. Prints and notecards are available. I want to say THANK YOU again to Donald for giving me the garden inspiration and commission to do this piece for him!
