Very PUNny
"Puns are the highest form of literature."
~ Alfred Hitchcock
Hi, my name is Barbara and I’m addicted to silly humor. I love puns, dad jokes and corny humor. The sillier the better. Those of you who have been following me for a while have no doubt seen a number of my pieces with rather PUNny names. Here's the most recent. This one will be available (along with a variety of other new originals and prints) at upcoming Ag+Art Tour exhibitions (see below).
What’s your funniest (or should I say PUNniest) joke? A recent favorite of mine is:
What do you call a typo on a gravestone?
A Grave mistake
I'd love to see your favorite - please share!
I'm excited to announce that I will be participating in the Ag+Art Tour again this year. Pairing farms with artists is always a lot of fun! This year I will be participating in two county events along with several other artists.
Newberry County May 20-21
The first event is in Newberry County. I will be at West Ridge Farms at 2311 Old Dutch Rd in Little Mountain (get directions) on Saturday May 20 from 10am - 4pm and on Sunday May 21 from 1-5pm. Artists will be there, rain or shine, with plenty of art to choose from and live painting happening throughout the day. West Ridge Farms specializes in grass fed hormone and pesticide free beef cattle.
Richland County June 10-11
Next, I'll be pairing up with the same group of artists/friends at One Hubcap Farm at 1236 Muller Rd, Blythewood, SC in Richland County (get directions). We will be onsite, painting live and offering art for sale again. When? Saturday June 10 from 10am - 4pm and Sunday June 11 from 1-5pm (rain or shine). One Hubcap Farm is dedicated to producing beautiful flowers. You will be able to pick out your own flowers for a gorgeous bouquet to brighten your home or office. You know I love flowers!
The Ag+Art Tour is free to attend. Learn more at https://www.agandarttour.com/.
Hope to see you there!!
You can also still find a large display of my art on exhibit at The Coffee Shelf in Chapin. This exhibit will remain in place until June 30.
